Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days (for jewelry only, no refunds or returns for personalized pendants). Please contact us within those 14 days in order to begin the return process. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange (subject to change on a case by case basis). Excluding our “Print-Only” Jewelry Line.

PLEASE NOTE: Home of The Lifetime “Hassle-Free” Warranty On All Our Stainless Steel Jewelry does not cover abuse (i.e. droping, scratches, gouges etc.) and/or rubbed or worn out pendants and excludes our “Print-Only” Jewelry Line. This warranty replacement program will be subject to MSC’s review, discretion and investigation.  MSC does not warranty any precious metal (Silver or gold) products including coins and key chains against material defects (tarnishing, rust, scratches etc.).

100% Satisfaction Guarantee OR Your Money Back (For Our Jewelry Display ONLY) goes into effect after the customer purchases and then takes delivery of our 12 unit Jewelry Display and actually uses (funeral professionals show it to their families) the display for 60 days. If the customer is not happy with the display or does not sell a single piece of jewelry in that time period then they can return it to us at their expense. After we receive the returned display in the same condition and the original packaging just as the customer originally received it (NEW), they will get a full refund minus the original shipping costs and sales tax. OUR HOPE IS THAT YOU KEEP IT TO AVOID ANY OPPORTUNITY COST IN THE FUTURE because it really does work!

Our furniture is Made-To-Order and we will make every effort to detail your order prior to accepting payment, so please help us by clarifying what it is you want. Our entire furniture line is sold As-Is so when you receive it and its not the stain color you wanted or fabric color or style, shape etc. there are no returns, Please see all our legal disclaimers, disclosures and terms of use listed at the bottom of every page of our site.  Please Note: After furniture has been received please check your packaging for any damages and if it is severe please try to refuse the package from the shipping company (i.e. Delivery Company NOT MSC). If you accept the packaging and there is damage it will be subject to MSC’s review, discretion and investigation. Any defects are also subject to MSC’s review, discretion and investigation.


All other products are subject to review and change in this policy. We also do not accept product returns that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number.

Please do not send your purchase back before communicating with MSC.

There are certain situations where only partial or zero refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and if we determine the reason for return is the fault of MSC then the return shipping will be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded…Exceptions to this (SEE Our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program for the Jewelry Display”).


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item and a replacement is available, send us an email at and send your item to the address given at time of approval. If a replacement is not available we can issue a store credit. This is subject to change. Excluding our “Print-Only” Jewelry Line.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or store credit will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given at time of approval.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning priceless or expensive items, you are required by MSC to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the items full purchase price. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
