Warranty
Home of The Lifetime “Hassle-Free” Warranty On All Our Stainless Steel Jewelry does not cover abuse (i.e. droping, scratches, gouges etc.) and/or rubbed or worn out pendants. This warranty replacement program will be subject to MSC’s review, discretion and investigation. MSC does not warranty any precious metal (Silver or gold) products including coins and key chains against material defects (tarnishing, rust, scratches etc.).
100% satisfaction guarantee OR your money back goes into effect after the customer purchases and takes delivery of our 12 unit Jewelry Display and actually uses (funeral directors show it to their families) the display for 60 days. Then and ONLY then if the customer does not sell a single piece of jewelry in that time period and they return it to us at their expense and the display is in the same condition as they originally received it (NEW), they will get a full refund minus the original shipping costs and sales tax.
After furniture has been received please check your packaging for any damages and if it is severe please try to refuse the package from the shipping company (i.e. Delivery Company NOT MSC). If you accept the packaging and there is damage it will be subject to MSC’s review, discretion and investigation. Any defects are also subject to MSC’s review, discretion and investigation.

Jewelry
If you ordered personalized jewelry or keepsakes with an image or finger print, you will receive a proof via email that you MUST approve in order for your order to ship. Please read each products description prior to completing your order.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of any image or clip art. Please make sure the image or clip art that you send us has been legally obtained (i.e. Licensed use, royalties paid or authorized use by originator/creator). All memorial jewelry pricing, availability and physicality is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed to represent the items pictured. MSC will always strive to find similar substitutes should certain products become unavailable. MSC is not responsible for the quality and storage of any image provided to us.
Furniture
If you ordered Furniture you will receive a quote for shipping (and possibly sales tax) that will be in addition to your order total. Quotation is valid for 30 days and completion of order can take up to 8 – 10 weeks. This relates to any quote/order on the furniture products category. Upon completing your purchase with MSC your are agreeing to this proposal and subject to a deposit of 50% of the quote total and the balance due on delivery. If there are any changes or additions to your order, these items will be quoted separately and billed accordingly.
Due to the nature of wood (color, grain & texture) and its availability, Memoriam Supply Company (MSC) can not guarantee consistency of its finished products and the stain colors used. Finished products will vary and the images are not representative of the actual product you may receive. MSC reserves the right to modify or substitute the offerings of this product and might also use substitute hardwoods (blends) to help create any of its finished products. Please read each products description prior to completing your order.
